Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Scheduling/Financial Coordinator:
I was born and raised in Terre Haute and attended North Vigo High School. I have been married to my husband Dan for 13 years and have two sons, Andrew and Ryan.
I have been a part of Dr. Colter’s orthodontic team since 1998. I am responsible for the scheduling of appointments, filing insurance claims as well as handling your patient account. I really enjoy my position because it gives me the opportunity to form relationships with the parents as well as the patients. I am always excited to see a patients’ final result and be able to see how much they change over the years that we see them.
Orthodontic Assistant:
In the early spring of 2007, I was warmly invited to join the orthodontic team of Dr. Colter’s. I was embraced and welcomed like family. During the first few months, I was personally trained by the doctor and his staff. I am proud to call myself an Orthodontic Assistant and a Certified Dental Radiographer. I have enjoyed getting to know our patients on a personal level, which provides me the opportunity to count each one a friend. As much as I love this career, it is not my entire life. I have three handsome boys ranging in age from 3 to 7 years old and I am currently planning my future with the man of my dreams.
As the newest member of Colter Orthodontics, I too was born and raised here in Terre Haute. Having attended Terre Town, Otter Creek and graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo, I married and now we are raising two wonderful daughters.
I have been a Dental Assistant for sometime and also a Licensed Dental Radiographer. Currently I am working on becoming a Certified Orthodontic Assistant, to better serve our patients here at the office. Recently I have had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the entire orthodontic process, trained by Dr. Colter and Staff. Happily I can say that I have realized that this is where I am destined to be.
